One Clear Portal is a Singapore holding company with four businesses across Singapore, Indonesia and the United Kingdom, working towards one vision: to be the clear portal for intelligence advancement.
Who we are

Four companies.
One Clear Portal Pte. Ltd. is the parent company of Mulai, Kerosky, PIK and Mulaicom Ltd. Each company leads with its own identity and its own market. The group gives them a shared direction and holds them to the same standard.
Two themes run through the group. The first is a safer financial environment: Mulai and Mulaicom Ltd build anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and financial inclusion technology. The second is smarter retail: Kerosky and PIK work on autonomous commerce and on closing the gap between offline and online retail.

Chief Executive Officer
Tommy Hartono
Tommy Hartono is an angel investor and fintech partner working where capital, banking technology and financial crime prevention meet. He backs early-stage fintech and regtech founders, helps banking SaaS companies work with financial institutions, and advises on anti-money laundering and fraud prevention.
Known for being active, energetic and a creative problem solver, Tommy is now building a new startup that helps fintech and banking SaaS partners from around the world succeed in Southeast Asia. Before that, he was the APAC Founding Business Development Manager at Flagright (YC W22) and a Business Development Representative at Tookitaki, both in anti-money laundering and fraud prevention. He is a certified Microsoft Professional, a graduate of Edith Cowan University and a Golden Key member.
