Mulai.com, the anti-money laundering and fraud prevention company in the One Clear Portal group, has been named one of 18 finalists in the Global FinTech Hackcelerator 2026. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) announced the finalists on 19 October 2026.
The Hackcelerator is organised by MAS in partnership with the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) and is now in its 11th edition. It pairs market-ready, early-stage fintech companies with Corporate Champions who set real-world problem statements, and gives finalists mentorship, investor access, masterclasses and opportunities to explore pilot engagements. This year's competition drew 195 applications from 52 jurisdictions.
The challenge: adaptive risk modelling
Mulai is competing on the problem statement set by GXS Bank, Adaptive Risk Modelling Systems:
“Credit and fraud risk share common signals, yet are often assessed separately. How might we build an adaptive risk modelling system that unifies credit and fraud assessment into a single, continuously learning framework?”
Six of the 18 finalists were shortlisted for this challenge, from Singapore and India.
Mulai's solution
Mulai scores credit and fraud risk together, in real time, on a single platform. Assessing both risks from the same signals breaks down the data silos between credit and fraud teams, so customers with little credit history (thin-file customers) can be assessed safely rather than declined by default.
The platform delivers high-speed decisions at bank scale. Its no-code configuration lets risk teams adapt their models themselves, without waiting on engineering changes.
